Surgical Procedures
Skin lesions are found on or just below the skin. Skin lesions are benign Naevus/mole, cyst, skin tags and seb. Keratosis are removed by shave excision.
Moles are small coloured spots on the skin made up of cells called melanocytes, which produce the colour (pigment) in your skin. Moles are usually removed under local anaesthetic then removed by cutting all the way around it using an oval cut to minimise scaring.
Scar Revision surgery should remove, improve or make a scar or scars less visible so that it is more consistent with your surrounding skin tone and texture. A visible scar which is causing discomfort / self-conscious, is excised either under local anaesthetic or general anaesthetic.
Skin tags are unsightly small, harmless growths that hang off the skin and look similar to warts. They are typically flesh-coloured or brown, and vary in size from a couple of millimetres up to 5cm wide. A skin tag can simply be numbed with local anaesthetic and then removed using either a blade and diathermy (needle for sealing blood vessels) or a freezing agent.
Non-Surgical Treatments
While acne is a common skin problem among teenagers, it can also affect adults well into their 30s and beyond. Depending on the severity of the condition, acne can be irritating and persistent, and can leave unsightly blemishes on the skin.

Mesotherapy treatment involves tiny superficial injections of vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants, and amino acids which deeply moisturises the skin, improves sagging and stimulates the creation of collagen and elastin that gives your skin a boost to achieve a brighter, smoother, younger skin,as well as fade the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.
Mesotherapy does this by stimulating the skin tissue and will It restructure mature skin, repair skin imperfections and increases the elasticity and hydration of the skin. Treatments take approximately 30 minutes to administer and are done with a series of micro injections which are applied at the epidermal layer of the skin.
An anesthetic treatment can be used to manage discomfort. Initial treatments begin at 3 sessions, scheduled one month apart. Maintenance sessions are scheduled 3 to 4 times per year.
A chemical skin peel can rejuvenate your skin to reveal more youthful, softer and smoother looking skin without any of the side effects associated with surgery. Chemical peels are a form of exfoliation and dissolve and eradicate dead cells on the skin’s surface to reveal younger cells below giving a number of benefits, primarily improving the appearance of dull, aging skin and lessening fine lines and wrinkles.
